Since 2009, we have sold over over 300,000 maps (and counting), and during that time, we have vastly improved our processes, packaging, and logistics.
What does that mean for you? We do whatever we can to make sure you're going to get a high-quality map in great condition. However, due to circumstances out of our control, sometimes things happen: items get lost in the mail, items get damaged in the mail, items get lost in customs - you name it and it probably has happened at one point or another.
