NORTH AMERICA
  • NON-PROMOTIONAL ITEMS have an estimated 2-4 week delivery period for any item that is fully available in stock.
    • These items include a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your item has shipped (Please note: Not all countries provide a tracking number).
  • PROMOTIONAL ITEMS have an estimated 4-8 week delivery period for any item that is fully available in stock.
    • These items do not include a tracking number, but please rest assured; if you don't receive your order within the estimated timeframe, just let us know and we'll take care of you!
INTERNATIONAL (REST OF THE WORLD) 
  • NON-PROMOTIONAL ITEMS have an estimated 2-4 week delivery period for any item that is fully available in stock. The estimated delivery period includes sensitivity to custom clearance and delays.

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package

  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
